Return Policy
You have a period of 5 business days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, the items will be considered accepted in good condition with no possibility of return.
To start a return process, please contact our customer service.
If the return is due to an error on your part or if the product does not meet your expectations, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Our team will recommend a carrier and provide you with instructions. If the return concerns a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, Technolav Inc. will cover the shipping costs. A specific carrier will be indicated to you, and you will need to follow the procedure communicated by our customer service.
A return authorization number provided by our customer service is mandatory for any return. To obtain this authorization, the following information is required: full name and address, company name if applicable, invoice number, item reference, quantity and format, as well as the reason for the return. Our customer service will inform you of the return method to use. If you choose a carrier different from the one recommended, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted for products marked as non-returnable on our website, special orders or custom items, discontinued or unavailable products, items with opened, damaged, or soiled original packaging, as well as products that are not in new and resalable condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply to accepted returns. Additional handling fees may be charged if Technolav Inc. has to return the product to the manufacturer. A credit will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected, provided it is in perfect condition.
Payment and Billing
Only credit card and PayPal payments are accepted for online purchases. Transactions are processed securely via Stripe. The customer is responsible for the total payment, including the product, shipping fees, and applicable taxes. Technolav Inc. cannot be held responsible for payment issues related to the Stripe platform. A confirmation email will serve as a preliminary invoice.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation by email does not constitute a definitive acceptance. Technolav Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order or limit its quantity, without notice and at its sole discretion.
Product Availability
Technolav Inc. displays real-time inventory, but availability is not guaranteed. In the event of a stockout, we will inform you of possible options. Technolav Inc. cannot be held responsible for damages caused by a stockout.
Legal warranties
The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act provide for legal warranties concerning hidden defects as well as the use of sold goods. These legal warranties also apply to this sale. This warranty cannot in any way reduce or eliminate the manufacturer's legal warranty when it exists.
Out of stock
A product that is out of stock may be on order, discontinued, or recalled by the manufacturer. We display items available from our suppliers, but they are not always in stock. If your order contains an out-of-stock product, it may be delayed until it becomes available. Technolav Inc. does not guarantee the availability of the products offered. We will contact you in the event of a prolonged stock outage. Technolav Inc. will not be responsible for any damages caused by an out-of-stock situation.
Product Description
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that they are always accurate, complete, or error-free. In case of a discrepancy, your remedy is to return the product in its original condition.
Price
Prices may be changed without notice. Taxes and delivery fees are additional.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address. For orders shipped to Quebec, the QST and GST will be applied.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and the title of ownership pass to the buyer once the goods are entrusted to the carrier.
